We will try hard to send your order out as quickly as possible. As a general rule, orders will be sent out by the end of the next working day, although if your order is placed before 3.00pm on a normal working day or 10.00am on a Saturday we will try our very best to send it out the same day - if this is likely not to be the case we will contact you. Orders placed after 3.00pm on a normal working day or 10.00am on a Saturday may still be sent out on the same day depending on workload. A standard email notification of dispatch will be sent to your provided email address once your order has been passed into the hands of Royal Mail
All UK deliveries will be carried by Royal Mail although we are happy to send via an alternative carrier by pre-arrangement
Orders shipped via Royal Mail can only be shipped out on a normal working day (Monday - Friday) and on a Saturday (uptil 12.00 p.m.)
If ordering from outside the UK but within the EU, please select one of the two shipping options - failure to do so will mean a delay in posting out your order until the relevant charge has been paid

Returns Our offered products should serve you well providing they are used correctly and suitably maintained
We want you to enjoy our offered products and we welcome the opportunity to put things right at the first time of asking when things go wrong. Each claim will be assessed on its own merits in a timely manner and you will be kept updated at each stage of the process
If the product you have ordered from us is 'dead upon arrival', please let us know within 24 hours of receipt using any of the available contact methods
'Dead on arrival' items will be replaced upon receipt and inspection (stock permitting). A store credit may be offered if we are unable to replace faulty items immediately.
Owing to the very nature of our offered products, each individual products' expected lifespan varies
Atomiser and cartomiser lifespan (except low resistance versions) varies between 2-14 days depending on the type of liquid and/or device used
Battery lifespan can also vary widely depending on level of use and maintenance. We offer a 28 day warranty on our offered batteries
We are only able to offer a 'Dead on Arrival' warranty for atomisers and cartomisers where we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt
User negligence, damage caused by user and/or inadequate maintenance by user are not covered by our warranty
We are unable to accept opened E-Liquids. When ordering a flavour for the first time we recommend that you order a sample before placing an order for a large quantity
